Why I love the Packers: Born in Idaho following from afar

By Colleen Brenton. CREATED Dec 24, 2014

"Why am I a Green Bay Packers fan? I'm not sure I ever had a chance of being anything else. Through ups and downs, they've been a constant in my life.

I've been a Packer fan since birth. I was born in Idaho, right before the first Super Bowl. My dad was a huge Jerry Kramer fan, since. all of his siblings attended the University of Idaho, like Kramer. In those days to have someone with that high a profile from our state was very unusual, and a point of pride."
